We work with the alphabetical sizing system, so the ring size you provide us will be a letter. The most accurate way to determine your ring size is to have it measured by a jeweller (you're always welcome to pop into our studio to have this done) but we understand this is not always possible so we've put together a guide to help you determine the ring size needed.
Please note that if you choose to measure your finger at home and the measurement is not correct, we cannot take responsibility inaccurate sizes and there may be additional sizing fees.

As mentioned we cannot take responsibility for incorrect sizes supplied when ordering but we will happily exchange a ring for the correct size or size the ring ordered, depending on what ring is ordered and what the new required size is. Rings ordered with sizes bigger or smaller than our standard range sizes cannot be exchanged and will require sizing should the incorrect ring size be ordered. Resizing rings is a specialised process which takes considerable time because of this a resizing fee will be incurred. The fee for resizing will depend on the design and the number of sizes the ring needs adjusting. Please confirm this before purchasing if you are concerned. Return courier costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Due to the custom nature of our Studio Selection range we cannot accept any returns or exchanges and do not offer refunds on these orders. Please ensure you are satisfied with the specifications laid out in the product description and your selection before purchasing a Studio Selection piece. Should it turn out that the ring size supplied was not correct and the ring needs additional sizing please reach out to us to discuss the sizing adjustments. Ring sizing may incur additional charges depending on the amount of sizes and the scope of the work needed to size the ring.
Customer satisfaction is the highest priority for us and we take great care to only send a piece if we are completely happy with the quality. In the unlikely event that a manufacturing defect is noticed, please report it to us immediately and return the item to our studio for an assessment within 30 days of collection or courier delivery. Due to the unique nature of each jewellery piece, any perceived defects are assessed on a case by case basis. Once the piece has been assessed we will discuss whether a repair or replacement is warranted.
Any courier costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. Botanica will not be liable for any courier fees incurred. Due to logistics and costs of international returns we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on international parcels. Please reach out to us should you have any questions.
A charming emerald cut green sapphire paired with natural diamonds to create a classic yet striking ring. Hand made in the time honoured traditional way from beginning to end ensuring the highest quality.
Natural Sapphire: 0.65ct Emerald Cut Bluish Green Natural Sapphire.
Natural Diamonds: 2 x 2.5mm round brilliant diamonds and 2 x 1.9mm round brilliant diamonds with a total carat weight of 0.19ct. All four diamonds are colour I/J, clarity VS-SI.
The gemstones photographed are the specific gemstones that will be used in your ring.

A sapphire's colour can look different depending on the kind of light it is being viewed in. While we have tried to capture these stones in different types of light they may look different in some settings; we think this is one of the aspects that makes your ring so unique.
Shipping lead times are in addition to our manufacturing lead times.
We send orders with Courier Guy throughout South Africa. Parcels cannot be delivered to a P.O Box, a physical address is needed where someone will be available to sign. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Our express delivery takes between 1 to 2 days.
Delivery to farms, embassies/consulates, power stations, government buildings, hospitals and chain stores incur additional delivery fees. Please reach out to us for a quote should you wish to have your order delivered to any of the above locations.
Please ensure someone is available at the address to accept the delivery. We cannot take responsibility for missed deliveries if no one is available at the address. Undelivered items will be returned and any additional delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

We ship internationally with FedEx which takes between 4-10 working days depending on the delivery area. Please ensure someone is available at the address to accept the delivery.
