Returns Policy

Botanica Protea Ring, Bespoke Collection and Engagement Collection

Customer satisfaction is the highest priority for us and we take great care to only send a piece if we are completely happy with the quality. Please ensure you understand and are satisfised with the specifications laid out in the product description before purchasing a bespoke piece, should you have any questions please reach out before finalising your purchase. Should it turn out that the ring size supplied was not correct and the ring needs additional sizing please reach out to us to discuss the sizing adjustments.

Due to the one-off nature of our bespoke pieces, we cannot accept returns and do not issue refunds on any pieces from our  "Botanica Protea Ring" collection, “Bespoke” collection or “Engagement and Wedding Rings” collection. In some cases exchanges may be facilitated at the sole discretion of Botanica Handcrafted Jewellery. Any exchanges must be requested within 14 days of collection or courier delivery. An exchange will only be considered if the piece is returned to our studio within the specified time frame, unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

Any pieces that have been sized, engraved, or altered in any way cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Please ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order before any of these processes begin.

In the unlikely event that a manufacturing defect is noticed, please report it to us immediately and return the item to our studio for an assessment within 30 days of collection or courier delivery. Due to the unique nature of each jewellery piece, any perceived defects are assessed on a case by case basis. Once the piece has been assessed we will discuss whether a repair or replacement is warranted.

Courier fees are not refundable and any courier costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. Botanica will not be liable for any courier fees incurred. Due to logistics and costs of international returns we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on international parcels. Please reach out to us should have any questions.

Customer satisfaction is the highest priority for us and we take great care to only send a piece if we are completely happy with the quality. If you wish to return a purchase please contact us immediately to discuss the issue and we will do what we can to rectify it. Depending on the nature of the concern we will assess whether an exchange or replacement is applicable.

Items will need to be returned to us, unworn and in the original packaging. Please ensure all returns are done within 14 days of collection or courier delivery. Courier fees are not refundable and any courier costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. Botanica will not be liable for any courier fees incurred. The logistics of international returns remain the sole liability of the customer.

Due to the hand made nature of our work it is not our standard policy to offer refunds but will offer an exchange or replacement depending on the specific concern. Custom orders, rings that have been sized, jewellery pieces that have been altered, pieces with initial engravings or orders with customisations cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Please ensure you are happy with all details of your order prior to it being manufactured.
